Having been directed to the Fareham branch by the NHS, I was not looking forward to going. I've tried vapes before but never got on with them. However Andrea and Ellie were absolutely brilliant from the start. Andrea spent a lot of time with me and with Ellie's help too, I came out feeling very pleased! They really, really helped me and I think i have found the vape that actually suits me... time will tell. Thank you both x

Ordered wrong pods by mistake and the lovely lady phoned to see if it was correct as it wasn't changed it for the right ones , I think that's a very good service as we all make mistakes from time to time
