I have ordered from this company more than once and will again. The customer care is very responsive. The plants I have received are always healthy and sometimes bigger than anticipated. My only problem is exercising self restraint with so many tempting plant offers.

They have been very accommodating and honest through out the process. Quick to respond to queries. Even sent me a photo of the plant before shipping just to make sure I am happy with it. The plant is healthy, well packaged, arrived on time. Highly recommended. The whole experience was superb that I ordered another one. 🙂

I bought the areca palm that was in the sale. What an absolute bargain! The palm is huge and in excellent health. Delivery was super fast and the plant was packaged carefully and securely. I would definitely make more purchases from Tropical Plants, a fabulous company.

Lovely Thai constellation rooted cutting ,only slight variegation but still beautiful , philodendron Xanadu looks a little sick all leaves mottled but hopefully with a little to cut will make a good recovery

My Thai constellation arrived with roots rotted in soggy dense soil. Owner only kept talking about how good their soil and company is instead of trying to solve my issue. Now I’m left with cutting with no roots and having to root myself. Reply to Tropical plants There is nothing wrong in checking roots if plant of soil looks auspicious and not appropriate for aroids. Roots can look white if it rotted recently as picture clearly shows black soft primary roots. White roots were secondary roots. It’s very wrong on your part to blame everything on customer when it clearly is your mistake. Why would anyone remove healthy roots myself when we paid for rooted established cutting. It was three leaf top cutting with three leafs and bottom node completely chopped, this itself shows poor training at your part. It was rooted from middle node which had rotted on way to me or at your place due to overwatering.

I ordered a Thai Constellation monstera cutting and was anxious given the price. It arrived within a day of dispatch, was packaged so well and exactly as I was expecting! Overall very reasonable and a great experience.
