United States | 19 September 2024This company has been emailing my co-buyer every day, spamming her, asking her for password information, and customer service is 'located' in 'Canada', and are also in 'Delaware'. You call them, the woman in 'Canada' has such a heavy accent, you can't understand her. The cobuyer spoke to a supervisor, who was no help whatsoever. Told her to go file a police report and send it to him. This company is fraudulent. I didn't even sign an application or fill out an application for Credit Fresh. Don't know who they are. They came out of the blue. They are a bunch of scammers. Don't use them. Not even if you're desperate for financing a project. Don't even consider them. Consider them a predatory loan company that preys on people who are financially insecure and cannot get loans from reputable companies at this time. We didn't even want them, we were pushed on them by Southern Dry.
