Ordered a new pump for the paddling pool that was bigger and up to the job rather than the one supplied plus a few bits and bobs. I did make sure that the items were in stock, pools and accessories are in really high demand. Everything arrived next day delivery well packaged, I found the website easy to navigate and simple to check out.

Really worried where our hot tub is. We paid for delivery today but can’t reach anyone st Splash and DX are not answering not have any tracking on their system. Can the company call us. Is this a scam?

Poor communication - and when my parcel went missing I simply got a photo of the house it HAD been delivered to!! No address - just a photo of a White House?! No apology. Shocking service

Ordered a pool from splash and relax in March, delivery time and communication terrible. Needed multiple email to get updates. Pool eventually arrived. Unfortunately wrong size pool wall included. Was informed prior to delivery that all deliveries were checked before sending which had contributed to the delay. When trying to call (several times)and leave a message to tell them about the wrong size pool wall, they changed their answer phone message to ask people not to call multiple times. This seemed rude as all the other answer phone outgoing messages that day had just asked you to leave a message. Still no response from them and time was taken off work to fit this pool so wasted time.

Ordered on the the 5th march and still no items! Paid in full (luckily on the credit card) they dont answer the phone or respond to emails. Were very quick to take money however ignore anything to do with delivery!

A good company, supply on time and quality and also provide some advice. The issue though is when you leave poor feedback for a product, they won't publish this under the product review so this isn't helpful but does ensure they sell the product despite keeping from the buyer potential issues. So do your homework and treat their reviews like amazon ones.

Intex 2800 gallon Krystal Clear Sand Filter Pump purchased April 2021. I purchased this pump after telephoning Splash & Relax and making use of the excellent advice offered by the helpful and knowledgeable staff. My above-ground pool pump had not survived the winter and I was faced with 32,000 litres of water in my pool and no way to keep it clean. There was no hard sell and I was given a couple of options within different price ranges to go away and consider. I had previously made a purchase from Splash & Relax for a solar pool cover a couple of years ago and the service then was very good which is why I returned to this company. Therefore, I was really surprised to read all the negative reviews however I decided to go with my gut instinct and place this order for the pool pump. The pool pump arrived a day late however this was due to Royal Mail being unable to locate my house! The pump is everything it is advertised as being and, one week on, is working perfectly and doing a fabulous job. I had to make two follow-up telephone calls to Splash & Relax. The first was because I was unsure of what I would need in terms of electricity supply ... the staff could not have been more helpful. The second was because I was unsure how to use the timer on the pump (the instructions included from INTEX are a bit complicated) ... the guy at Splash & Relax talked me through how to set the timer and I am good to go! I have had an excellent customer experience from this company and I can only imagine that the negative reviews from last summer are somehow Covid-related and, therefore, a bit unfair when the whole world was closed.

I bought an air source heater of ebay from thefuncompany/splash and relax. I had to return as not suitable. That's where the problem started. They claim package was damaged, box open, plug hanging out! They are delaying my refund because of this! Thankfully, I have pictures taken at return point that show package intact (in fact we never opened it). Do not trade with this company! I now have no goods and no refund! Update! The cheek of them! They offered me a reduced refund because of alleged damage! EBay stepped in and I got full refund. Beware of this company!

My experience of purchasing from Splash & Relax was completely different from most of the reviews on here. I found them to be exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, a nothing is too much attitude. I found that my messages were always responded to within 24 hours, and staff were only too happy for me to contact them for regular updates on expected delivery times, during what are currently very difficult circumstances. If manufacturers like Bestway can't keep pace with demand, combined with the pressure international deliveries are facing at the moment, then it is hardly surprising if there are some issues surrounding deliveries this year. I'd recommend Splash & Relax to anybody and would definitely buy pools and swimming pool equipment from them again. Tim is an absolute star

Excellent service from this company and very helpful advice. We purchased a swimming pool 3 years ago and last year bought a swim jet and heater for the pool. I would not buy swimming pool equipment or accessories from anywhere else now. Thank you !

DO NOT ORDER , from this company , I paid £7.95 for next day delivery only to wait a week , won’t answer phone calls and received an email a few days before it arrived to say it had been despatched but parcel force didn’t recognise tracking number. The one positive comment is the goods appear to be what I ordered . If like me you need a product quickly and paid extra to ensure this all I can say is look elsewhere .

I ordered a baby sledge on your website and paid express delivery for 6.99. I then received an email informing me warehouse was closed until the 29th Dec. Still not received my sledge and have had no response from the many emails I have sent to you

After ordering a present for one of my step children, I was sent an invoice confirming order very quickly. The item was then sent out on the same day and arrived the next day! As I wasn't in, I had to collect it from the local sorting office, but it was in excellent condition, well-wrapped, and had been set to arrive on the Saturday - earlier than expected! My only slight gripe was not knowing when it was due to arrive, as it was quite vague as to whether it would come on Saturday or Monday! But that's a tiny thing to have to be worried over. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the speed and cost of this toy and I would use them again!

Not impressed, returns are a legal obligation not a pick and mix choice. Having read some of the comments on trust pilot, I just wish I’d looked her before I tried to buy from them. My mistake.

Ordered an Intex easy set swimming pool last Friday - 07/08/20. Paid a bit extra for express delivery. Pool was delivered within two working days. Ideally would have liked name of delivery company & tracking number sooner, to make sure I was home for delivery. It was given to me but delivery had already arrived. My email enquiry was answered favourably & am very happy with pool & delivery time. Really good service😊

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a pool table at the beginning of May and was assured that the table would be delivered in 4-6 weeks even with the lock down restrictions. To be honest I thought if it goes over that by a week or two I'd still be happy as I understand the difficulties working through lock down. 13 weeks later, still no pool table and not even a confirmation of when it will be delivered. This company are constantly making broken promises and using stalling tactics to keep your money. I understand the world is going through a pandemic but a bit of honesty about what you can or cannot do would be appreciated and you can't blame it all on a pandemic for not providing that. Avoid this company at all costs.

Report to trading standards they are fineing everyone and they are dealing with all cases

Paid extra for next day delivery. Did not arrive. On contacting the company they explained that they did not guarantee next day delivery (indeed they did not send the item by next day courier - so hardly any surprise). Would not refund the additional cost. To add insult to injury the product arrived half full. Avoid.
