I asked our lorry maintenance company for a recommendation of a lorry parts company. I was given the contact details of Imex. The process was simple, quick and efficient. I got my replacement parts the next day, lorry back on the road - great stuff.

Imex won't send parts out to a company if the card isn't registered to that company address. It doesn't matter how legitimate you are. And, you can't pay online because unlike most businesses of their size, they don't have that facility on their website. Seriously, its 2022 not 2002!

I needed a drag link for my horsebox. I phoned them, they were very patient & polite, I'm no mechanic so am not comfortable ordering lorry parts. They sorted out what I needed, I paid for it & it was delivered a couple of days later. I'll certainly use then again.
