Great service which was quick and easy, providing my family with everything we need for our first holiday abroad!

An amazing service! Great value for money and so easy to use! I followed the advice of getting it delivered a few days before. The returns is super easy and you receive an email to organise it. The courier even came and picked it up from my house so I didn’t even need to take it back anywhere. The quality of the product was great also. Will definitely be using this service again! Where do I start…….AMAZING I hired the yoyo newborn with a buggy board, which was absolutely wonderful and made our holiday so much easier for our family. I ordered the buggy to arrive 2 days prior to travel as advised, and when it looked like Royal Mail may not delivery on time, Hannah has a back up plan. Which was to personally drive to my house and drop one off! Absolutely incredible customer service! And would highly recommend

My sister came to visit to Scotland and needed a buggy for my nephew as we were doing lots of walking . When we arrived to the hotel the buggy had already been delivered waiting for us and was absolutely perfect for what we needed . We re boxed ready for pick up when we left and it was so easy . And great communication with the girls on every query we had . We would highly recommend.

A fantastic business! We hired a pram (yoyo3) from Thursday’s Child for our trip to South Africa with our 5 month old son, the communication we had upon booking and the clear instructions made it a seamless experience. The pram was in excellent condition and even came with the original instructions. The pram made our 2 week trip so easy as we had a few flights within South Africa and was great that we could bring it on the plane with it being cabin approved. The experience of hiring the pram was superb from start to finish, I’d recommend them to anyone! Thank you

We hired a yoyo stroller for a trip to London. The pram itself was fantastic as well as the extras I ordered. The customer service was brilliant - super helpful in helping me decide what to order and how to place the order. Shipping was quick and the return process really easy. Amazing service from start to finish! Having never used a pram rental before, I didn't know what to expect but honestly could not recommend Thursday's Child enough. It was our first holiday with our toddler so I was a tad nervous, I dropped Hannah a whatsapp message with a couple of questions, they were answered very quickly. Booking was super easy, the pram arrived in pristine condition. Having the stokke yoyo with us, in the airport, straight off the flight, in and out of cabs was an absolute godsend and we simply could not have done without it! It being a universally popular model meant that hotel staff already knew exactly how to open and close it when loading/off loading with ease, so I could focus on my children.  Returning was just as easy, the entire process was seamless, will definitely be using this service again, thank you.

Great company & great service. We rented a Stokke yoyo to take to London instead of our bulky buggy. Liked it so much we’re thinking of buying one! Upon trying to return the buggy I had a full meltdown (it was so heavy and I carried it to my nearest DPD drop off point only to be sent away because they couldn’t print the label) and sent an emotional email to Hannah complaining it was too difficult (I’m sure other Mums will understand how these things can tip you over the edge!) Hannah was fabulous, she emailed back straight away and arranged a home collection for me. She showed genuine concern & compassion and I would 100% use their service again. Next time I will be sure to arrange for home collection ahead of time though 😅 Thank you Hannah x

The whole process from start to finish was amazing. Hannah’s communication was brilliant. The pram turned up on pristine condition. We used the pram for a week in Disneyland where we did over 25,000 steps and the pram was a god send for my toddler. Will be recommending Hannah to all my friends, and being heavily pregnant again I will be using the service again. Thank you Hannah for helping us have such a special holiday :) x
