This was my first time order from Simply Beach. The online process was uncomplicated and easy and delivery prompt (within 2 days). I'm pleased with the swimsuit which is good quality and fits well. My only criticism is that the packaging could have been better. I would recommend this site.

Great choice of swimwear which was delivered speedily as was the refund when I needed to return one item.

I ordered two beach towels from Simply Beach. They were both faulty,the stitching on the Simply Beach logo was unravelling on both towels. I spoke to customer services and they advised me to send them back which I did. I was refunded for only one towel and have been told that I will have to wait until they have done a stock check before I am refunded for the second towel. I think this is poor service. Apart from this I have been very pleased with this company.
