United States | 26 July 2022The product I received was not as advertised. The company's website showed me what the poster would look like when printed. When I received the poster, it had been printed in landscape format when it should have been printed in portrait format. The poster is useless. The photo's name and my signature were cropped off at the bottom because of the incorrect format. A company representative offered to send a corrected print if I would pay for shipping. Since I was promised by another company representative a refund of shipping charges on a previous order and not getting the refund, I've decided I've had enough. The company isn't trustworthy.
