They've always been polite and understanding whenever I've had any issues. I really don't understand the negative reviews, Expost is fantastic!

Despite being busy on occasion the staff always ensure my needs as a customer are met, making sure that everything is up to date and any issues (a result of being human) are resolved asap. This company has what I regard as expensive charges for what they provide. I calculated £240 for renting what is an empty space, the postage charges to forward anything to you I can understand, and accept. But to charge £240 for what is an empty space and for an individual to put an address label with your forwarding address on is very excessive.

The service runs mostly as it should without any need for human interaction using the online portal. On those rare occasions when you do need help or advice, in my experience it is always provided promptly, courteously and pleasantly. The experience is more like a conversation between close acquaintances than a business transaction, and I have not stumped them yet.

It was slightly frustrating They won’t accept a photo of passport or driving license They use a company that want you to photograph hard copies Of 2 forms of ID Passport, residency card , driving licence, ID card. Unfortunatly I have a picture of my passport but the passport itself is in a box somewhere in a storage unit. I’ve been to busy to get it or even look for it. The director cancelled the contract charging me £25. Accusing me I quote “ Unfortunately we are not happy with the legitimacy of your claims. There have been a number of discrepancies with what you have informed us along with information provided to us, that points to misinformation aimed to mislead us.” All I did was move onto a Narrowboat. And wanted an alternate fixed address. If you’ve got the ID available now it’s all go go go with this company You have 7 days for ID verification. If not then it’s a no no no go company.
