I have been with Kinsu for less than a year and lost a very precious item. It was a smooth and reassuring process to get the item replaced via Kinsu, so I'm so glad I had them! I also love their simple app, and their ongoing commitment to supporting charities through their policies.

So simple. Very impressed with how short and easy it was to read the policy.

I haven't made a claim with them - so this isn't a full review. But Kinsu were so easy to sign up with. I have had a few questions about my cover (neighbours put scaffolding up next door and I wanted to know if this'd change our cover) and it was so easy to get in touch with them and ask if this affected us. I love the transparent Ts&Cs too.
