Had recently left a poor review as had been let down with an order that wasn’t delivered as it was out of stock despite my payment being made & delivery updates provided. However, the customer service that ensued was top class; good communication, nice apology & an offer to re-order the product at a discount due to the inconvenience that I had experienced. I received my order rather quickly, but when I opened the package the creed box was open and the creed card and paper were nowhere to be found. Thinking this might be a return cause the smell was really weak and went away really quickly even after several sprays. Thinking somebody may have diluted the perfume then returned it. Not happy at all cause I got the 250ml bottle for about $500. Still waiting on a response from them to see if they resolve this issue. Very unsatisfied customer.
