Terrible purchase experience ! Understand that covid will effect the Delivery , Bought a tv stand which will come in two boxes , but in split Delivery ， still haven’t got the second box yet ! Bought 2 shoe cabinets, had missing parts !

Horrible experience! Would NOT recommend at all. Package took far too long to arrive 7 weeks!! when it finally did it had missing parts, a rusty bare blade in the box! Company was very rude and horrible to deal with!! RUN A MILE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I bought a shoe cabinet and it was the worst make and quality. The frame was breaking off like cardboard as the frame was made from wood particles which made it crumble when assembling. We had to just throw out the product after it fell apart.

I was recently browsing Facebbok market place and came across shopping planet link where you could order online items. There items looked very stylish and the right sizes I needed. I was in a dual mind whether to book the product or not. What if the items don’t turn up after I have booked ? . Is it scam ? So many question were coming into my mind. I need few items to my apartment and I decided to book just one cheaper item and see if it turns up. And yes it did and shipping was fast and arrived in two days. Communication through out the process was smooth. And I booked rest of the furnitures I needed for my apartment and apartment now looks stunning. The product are more like IKEA almost same quality with good packing and instruction manual. I am happy with what I have got. I would recommend it.
