United States | 09 August 2016I enjoy working with the Support Team and my Account Rep. They are very responsive and professional. The SnapComms product is still evolving which is why I could not give a higher rating. Integration with the company's Active Directory system would be ideal instead of relying on a user to log into their client to determine if they are still active employees or if there have been distribution list changes. Finally, the need to Save in every screen is a bit of a pain as well as not being able to Preview from every tab.
