This company was so pushing just to get the sales was terrible from the start wish we just chose someone else. We got to Mecca and our hotel wasn't even booked. It was so disappointing that they were ignoring the messages and calls had to get in touch with family in UK to call them. I will not recommend this company at all. Things got sorted and we wasted 2 days same thing happened when we got to Madina no hotel confirmation so had to go through same damn drama again!!!!! Shameful Pakistan

United Kingdom | 04 March 2023I had booked an umrah package for 12 people with yourselves and you have given me tourist visa where as it should have been on an Umrah Visa as the Umrah visa allows you to bring back the Holy Zamzam water.. you must have been well aware of that as an agent as that was changed in late November 2022. When we got here to the hotel in Makkah we didn't have a confirmed booking which you had booked for us. We were left stranded for 5-6 hours after a long flight and travel of 24hrs I had my elderly mother who has health issues and my daughter who is under chemotherapy for cancer. You had then given us Novotel in Makkah we had to pay for taxi and it cost us 200 riyal as there was 12 people plus luggage.. Once we were in we had 3x suites which as perfect. After 2 nights On the 11th the hotel checked us out where as it should have been for 7 nights aging we couldn't access our rooms we were all in the lobby and lost valuable time of prayer for what we came for also couldn't split as we didn't know the outcome.. Your agent in Saudi or yourself booked us 3 more nights but this time it was for 3 rooms with 2 single beds and there are 12 people! Thanks to the hotel management Ashraf who upgraded our rooms and kept them rooms for us to stay in. That's when I asked for 2 days to be extended in mekkah due to your negligence. After speaking to you with a threat of making a charge back via my bank, You had then upgraded the hotel in Madina and given us last two days back here in Novotel Mekkah. I was pleased with the outcome. When we got to Madinah, we had issues again as the hotel said the rooms are not paid for we lost an hour in the lobby after 6 hours of travel on a minibus.. however it got resolved after contacting one of your agents in Saudi. When we came to Makkah Novotel we came to know you had booked us 3 rooms with 2 single beds in each room when there is 12 people! We had to make due as the stress level was not bearable. Your network is extremely poor and communication is worst of the worst.. Now that we need a Tranfer from Makkah to jadeeh airport which was in the package you are not replying and not taking care/correcting your mistakes.. The cost of transport to the airport is costing us 800 riyal Total we had to spend 1040 riyal also no Zamzam that will cost £37 per person 10 people £370 + =243-1040 riyal Total = £613 Which you owe to us that's without the time loss and stress you have caused me and my family throughout this trip..

United Kingdom | 20 February 2023Extremely terrible experience. Save your time and money! I paid £270 in total for my visa of which i didn't even receive any refund. Bilal Qasim (Main agent) and Amir (agent dealing in person) are both liars. I have a Pakistani passport so i was told that it suitable to apply for visit visa. Later, i was informed that visit visa got rejected without any evidence shared upon request and was advised to apply for umrah visa instead with additional fees. I was asked to drop off my passport to the Office. I booked my flights a month earlier but Umrah House Call Centre Team kept my telling new stories everyday. Somehow , I got my umrah visa online from Pakistan with an hour but my passport was given to Saudi Embassy. A day before my flight, the Team stopped picking up the phone and i had to miss my flights because my passport at embassy and couldn't be accessed by Bilal. I had to wait 3 more days just to get my passport from embassy. I drove from Bristol to embassy and Umrah house office everyday just to get my passport. It was the worst experience of my life to deal with such people. Please save yourself and your loved ones from these cheap fraudsters.

United Kingdom | 19 February 2023Very bad experience, promised 5 star hotels but didnt deliver. Told us hotel will be Saja al Madinah in Madinah but in the end they changed it to the hotel far from Haram named Faraj Al Madinah and didnt pay for it too. So I had to make a payment there and there with so much embarassment as we trusted this company. You can see the photo of the receipt. Now they are refunding the money without compensation, however they are delaying it so much. Completely unsatisfied with their service. Also very hard to understand the agents and they keep on delaying everything.

United Kingdom | 07 February 2023I was paid a deposit for Umrah but within 24 hours I was cancelled because of family issues and they didn't give me back the money. My agent was Bilal. Everything I discussed with him. I asked him what if I change of mind of if anything happened and he said Don't worry you will get back a refund. But doesn't happen. I'm so disappointed and I didn't recommend this to anyone!!!

He was very informative and helpful in talking through the various options available and helped to put together our Umrah package. InshaaAllah we will be flying out on Monday 12Dec22.. so far so good we’ll have to see how it goes once we’re actually in Saudi to comment about the full Umrah experience..10/10 so far Jazakalah khairan to Umrah House and especially to Bilal.. 😊😊😊

United Kingdom | 21 November 2022I tryed to book a Umrah in December but was getting very disahrted by the charges that I almost gave up. I did a quick Google search and found Umrah house and from the start to the finish the booking, Bilal took so much time in explaining and directing my options to suits best. (i.e. In terms of distance to the Haram, and location and so forth). Bilal offered very competitive price and I really appreciate it the total transparency with the transactions, and the subsequent emails confirmation with the details of the hotels and the transports. I will definitely use the service again and again in the future, JazakAllah khair Bilal.
