Advertising components they have discontinued

After two years of tortuous noise from inconsiderate, immature neighbours playing music 24/7 the anti vibration pads under each bedpost has finally allowed me to get decent nights sleep. I am 3 weeks into getting my life back as stopping the music vibrate through the floorboards, through my wooden beds and through my mattress means I can finally sleep. There is still some noise that comes through the walls but stopping the vibration of the music stops my brain feel like it has conduction and is enough to stop me being wound up. The pads have made me feel in control of the noise, keep me calm and allow me to sleep. If you have awful neighbours and noise issues that the council can’t help you with buy these pads. It cost around £100 for 3 beds worth of pads but for me now, the price of a good night’s sleep is worth it. I also combine pads with a sleep mask over my head, eyes and ears which again forms a comforting anti noise barrier. On really bad nights where everything is on full volume I use silicon ear plugs and still sleep. The key and essential stage is te anti vibration pads. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you.

The items were on the website when I ordered them so assumed in stock only to get an email a fews days later saying the product is discontinued.

Order dispatched very promptly only delay was with the royal mail. Only down side I thought the postage charge was high for the size of the package

Website lets you buy even when they have no stock, it doesn't take 3 weeks to get something from the EU in my experience. Listing products on your website to make you look good when you don't actually stock them is a seriously bad idea as far as customer relations goes. It makes you look like cowboys.

Bought something which I changed my mind so I returned it it cost me £3.00 to send with Royal Mail when I got my refund they had deducted £10 for original postage seemed very high ! I then spoke to sales about the new item I wanted Yes we have that and will dispatch today so I paid , A couple of hour later your item is out of stock and will be 3 weeks I understand you do not refund original postage my point Is £10 is a lot of postage and many other people feel the same way if you read though your reviews

The item was fine at £7.50 however the postage was £8.25 so for a small plastic non return valve, it worked out very expensive, the weight of the parcel was no more than an average Christmas card and it was on a 3 to 5 business days, the part was fit for purpose but I paid airfreight costs when it was delivered from uk company.
