Created 2 orders, one to be sent as a gift to Oregon and the other one to be sent to me in Maryland on 12/6/2019 for Christmas gifts. When the one arrived in Oregon, I checked on the one for Maryland and realized my email address was inputted for physical address. I contacted Customer Service and LaShea told me when they recieved it back from the post office she would let me know. They recieved it on 23 Dec 2019 but I never heard from them, I emailed a couple of time, no response. Finally, went to the website and submitted a ticket and finally LaShea got back to me (1/9/2020). Needless to say, it didn't arrive in time for Christmas. When talking to LaShea, she asked if I was typing with my toes (funny, but now I have to pay $20 to have it shipped). I said maybe their system should flag address issues, because obviously an email address isn't correct. She said it is supposed to but sometimes it flags correct address. So I don't know if that means they don't pay attention to errors?? I think at a minimum they should have offered to pay for 1/2 the shipping or all of it since it was a month late. The product was OK, but I bought a similar product from a different company and the quality was much better.

I purchased two of these for gifts and both turned out great.

Liked all the pictures. Sure they will love it as a shower gift. Got to get it framed.

We ordered our 5th (and FINAL) framed name as a present for our son. The shipment arrived wrapped in bubble wrap in an intact box. The frame this time is very poor quality. There are large chunks of wood missing from multiple edges and holes all over the face of the frame. The paint is all intact so it was this way when it left the warehouse. We have emailed customer service describing how disappointed we are and we were hoping for a resolution due to previous experiences with excellent quality. We have received NO RESPONSE after a week from our contact. POOR QUALITY PRODUCT NOW, and EVEN WORSE, lack of customer service.

Love this company and the great quality products. Well packaged, no defects or flaws when received. Fun choices and quick turnaround. Only complaint is the website doesn't reflect the quantity of letters ordered and would lose my order if I tried to log into my account at checkout.

Their alphabet frames are pretty & less expensive than other places; however, their customer service is non-existent! They guaranteed delivery by Christmas if I ordered by 12/16. I ordered on 12/14 & didn't receive my framed alphabet until after Christmas. I realize that is partially the fault of the post office, but Frame the Alphabet should have expedited the shipping since they guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery. I called & left messages & emailed numerous times (too many to count) & never got a return call or email! Their products are nice & inexpensive but they need more professionalism & to honor their guarantees!!

They made a mistake with the background color of my order. When I contacted them to replace just the background they wouldn’t do it. I have four of them all black backgrounds and now the last one for my youngest child has a white background. So annoying especially since I have ordered from them before. I don’t even want to hang it on the wall but I can’t have one child left out.

It was very confusing as to what was being ordered. What we received was definitely not what we thought we were ordering! We will have to deal with it - but VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I've gotten several of the name frames. I like being able to pick out the letters I want. The colors and the black and white letters are all awesome. All of the final products have looked great!

Was very easy to create and order. I ordered for a bridal shower that was after the holidays and when the delivery date got close to the shower date and looked as if it wasn't going to make it in time, I called and they got it right out immediately and I had it with 2 days to spare. I'm very happy with the picture and the service.
