I didn’t like how the back of the picture looked. It was just cardboard and I gave it for a gift. It looked unfinished.

I was very excited for my product, which was my daughter’s name framed to go in her room. Unfortunately, FedEx smashed the package despite the big warnings on the box about it being fragile. I sent in pictures of my damaged product and Frame the Alphabet was really courteous about the situation. They sent a new order to me very quickly...luckily with no issues on FedEx’s part. I am happy with my purchase.

I ordered this for a wedding gift and it is beautiful. I had one for my family that I had made at an arts fair and could no longer find this vendor. Although the amount of photos were more limited on this site, there was still a good selection and I am extremely happy with the finished product and price.
