Tried the collect from home service for the first time, having had skips from Pips over the past few years. Excellent service as usual. Will use collect from home again. Good to know all the waste is being disposed off appropriately and recycled where possible.

I gave this a three star rating because of the length of time it has taken for the skip to be collected. Booking and delivery were fast and efficient but I notified the company on 11th December that the skip was ready for collection. Today is the 18th December and it is still sitting in my garden.

Had quite a few skips now from Pips over the last 3 years when renovating my house. Skips have always arrived on time and pick up has been at least a day or two after the two weeks allocated. Drivers are friendly and accommodating and I can’t fault the company.
