Having your first child is an exciting and scary experience all at the same time. A friend recommended Posh baby and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The sales woman who helped me was very knowledgeable with every manufacturer that they carry. She explained the differences, the color choices, the wait times, the manufacturing of the products, and price points. Posh baby calmed my fears of the unknown world of baby furniture! My nursery looks great and I would recommend Posh Baby again and again!

I purchased my sons furniture, room decor and bedding here and cannot express how wonderful everyone here is. The sales people were very cheerful and their selection of furniture was awesome. Their expertise helped guide us to get the perfect furniture, which was delivered on time. Everyone was extremely helpful, from the non aggressive sales approach to the meticulous white glove delivery. Highly recommend!

During a very emotional time Eric K. came to our rescue. My daughter delivered 2 weeks early and no furniture was delivered by another store on long island where we live. When I discovered this store was not going to satisfy their obligation I called Posh Baby and miraculously dealt with Eric. He settled my daughter and I down, found the furniture she had wanted and delivered it himself in two days time. He was direct, professional and kind! We originally bought our bedroom set from posh baby because they carried beautiful sets that you could not find anywhere else. That was 5 years ago. Since then we had two more kids and didn't hesitate to go back to posh baby for our next purchases. They delivered the furniture, put it all together, made sure my wife and I were happy with the layout of the room and when they left , you didn't even know they were there. Great customer service, and love the furniture !!!

Fantastic! We ordered a nursery set from a Long Island store that recently went out of business back , I am almost in my 30th week and started getting nervous..(naturally) lol I was referred to Posh Baby, who was very compassionate and understanding of my concern and practically delivered the same exact furniture set for $200 less. Our nursery furniture is beautiful. However it came in early & we were not quite ready for it. I was told they would hold onto it until I was. Then when asked for delivery date I was pushed into getting furniture delivered in 2 days when I asked for the following week several times. Then, upon delivery they didn't send the mattress so we had to go pick it up ourselves. Overall happy but for the money we paid I wish it was less stressful.

Like food shopping on an empty stomach, buying baby furnisher is a daunting task. Style, color, look and feel are all considerations, however safety was our paramount concern. In additional to the beautiful selection available at Posh Baby and Teen, the staff was knowledgeable and thorough. They took the time and gave us a real education about what to look for in terms of safety for our baby's new furniture and even encouraged shopping around to compare. Upon decision to purchase, we received an estimated arrival date and furniture was delivered on the date promised. Delivery of our babies new furniture was flawless considering the number of pieces we purchased. Furniture was received damage free and set up in the place of our choosing. The delivery team was professional and entered and left my home damage free! I would absolutely purchase from them again and would encourage anyone else to do the same.
