The first time we placed an order, everything went smoothly. Second time we just wanted to redo order. Was printed on the wrong color paper. Tried calling phone number on box and apparently it wasn’t the wrong company. Wish the instructions were better in dealing with issues. Have wasted over an hour now and except for these silly “review” requests, I have not yet heard from a real person
