John Yeager and Phyllis Hirsch at Summit Mortgage are, in my opinion, on top of the game. John was able to explain every step needed to secure the loan. He went above and beyond. He answered many phone calls and answered all my dumb questions and made me and my wife feel comfortable. Phyllis is amazing. She is the most organized person I know! She was relentless on making sure we had the correct documents, (cause I sent a lot of missing data pages oops). We could have closed earlier but I opted to close exactly on time! They make a great team. We would definitely choose to work with John and Phyllis again for our next house.
