I received my patient card and info stating what my limit was. Had to go to doctor and wasn't even thinking about a copay. Thankfully I had my patient card and was able to use it for copay at doctor. Had this not been a factor I wouldn5 have been able to be seen by doctor. Therefore setting back a surgery I learned at this doctor appt. Would be needed as soon as next week. Thankyou for being there for me I truely am greatful to have a perk such as this especially in a real honest time of need it was a blessing.
