What I love is the app and website are super easy to use; you have total control of how to re-pay the amount, putting you in the driver's seat. A great way to avoid expensive credit card debt for things that happen in life!

United States | 23 November 2024I tried to log into my account about a week and a half ago. It said that my password was not valid. I tried to reset it. I was sent the email about resetting it, and tried from there. It would not let me reset. Kept telling me that there was an error and that it could not reset at the time. I tried multiple times, and still same answer. I got on a live chat, and talked with whom I believe was Katie. Explained the situation, and was told that she was not sure what the issue was, and that she would pass it along to IT, and she would let me know. A few days later, I tried to log in, and went through the same issue. Could not reset or do anything. Talked with Katie again and said that she had not heard from IT, and she would escalate the issue. A few day later, it had been a little over a week now that I had not heard anything about my log in. Again, tried to log in, and got the same thing. At this point, I thought that i might try a different web browser. So, I went to Chrome instead of the Firefox that I had been using. Within 5 min I had my email sent for the forget password, the password reset and I was logged in and back in business. This it disappointing and sad that it took a week or so to TRY to even talk to IT, and then I figured it out myself. Seems to me that the IT dept doesn't know what they are doing and its a bit pointless
