My hat wasn’t made very well. The inside was super loose and the top button of the flat cap is sewn extremely war to the front instead of the top middle. It looks pretty bad to be honest…

This was my second peaky blinders cap purchase. The same style and spec, size et al. Sadly this one is a poor imitation of the original thinner material limp and disappointing. If this price verses quality you have got it wrong.

I have made a number of investments from Garrison Tailors. The service has always been exceptional. The clothes are simply fantastic and very good quality. When I have had to return them due to me getting the size wrong it has been dealt with well. The suits are amazing.

I had been searching everywhere for a tab collar shirt and eventually found one at Garrison. Shirt was great quality but too tight. Discussed problem with customer services who came up with great solution of ordering further shirts for size trial then returning those not needed. All worked well except it was difficult to contact customer services by phone and my refund was delayed when the customer services agent handling my case went on holiday. Despite these slight issues I would not hesitate to recommend Garrison - just hope they can boost the customer services dept.

I called in to Garrison Tailors from the US on an order I made for my wedding and the staff was so helpful in answering all my questions. Runs a little smaller for US but the quality is unmatched. Cannot wait till you have more sizes available. I will definitely be purchasing more items.
