When I got to the register I was told they were too busy (3 other people were in the store) and could I come back tomorrow. I explained this was not an option for me and left. Terrible. Used to suggest CEX to family and friends, not anymore.

Ireland | 03 February 2025Be cautious when ordering online there's no way to tell the condition of the dvd disks and they don't tell you in the description either and this was a problem with one of the dvds I ordered, one of the dvds are completely scratched and doesn't work while the rest were good with just a bit of dirt or a mark, besides that one dvd everything was in alright condition and arrived on time

I had to order another keyboard from yourself as I only had a voucher. Thankfully this keyboard came with no issues but this isn’t the 1st time yous have messed up an order and messed me about! Be better.

Germany | 03 February 2025Every time I order something, there is a problem. The first time, I ordered two pairs of headsets and received one headset and one mouse. The second time, I ordered a mouse, but the Bluetooth USB was missing (and they claim it should work anyway). I’m just losing time and money due to very poor service and customer support, which is a pity because the second-hand concept is amazing.

United States | 03 February 2025On their website the listing I purchased was "Need For Speed: Most wanted." The listing even had the 2005 box cover with the iconic BMW GTR. What showed up at my door, quite quickly I might add so points for fast delivery, was "Need for Speed Most Wanted" the wholly trounced and terrible game from 2012 that nobody liked. I emailed support and was told "images and listing's are for illustrative purposes only." Does that mean that if Super Mario Bros showed up it would be technically covered per their site's illustrative policy? So buyer beware I guess, you order Fifa 17 and Sims 3 Stuff packs might arrive. Anyway, had to return the game to the shop and another piece of abandonware remains insecure.

Ireland | 03 February 2025Controller had lots of marks and scratches on it, even though I purchased a grade A. My son was quite disappointed as we were not informed at the time of purchase. I've just received a reply stating that I didn't purchase a grade A controller, I made sure it was grade A or I wouldn't of purchased it!!!! Unless of course, you falsely advertised it.
