I cannot fault one aspect of the whole service package, web site is easy to negotiate, ordering is clear and simple, an email confirms your order and then advises you of dispatch and the next day there is your purchase beautifully packaged and if there is a problem there is no problem its all handled smoothly and efficiently with you the customer at the centre of the business. Buying as it should be I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Queen of Charms has a whole load of lovely items of jewellery from known designers and not so well known designers. My Rosie Fox fox ring came 2 days after ordering and was wrapped in a lovely organza pouch and, as usual, a couple of sweeties were included. Fab online shop and would recommend Queen of Charms highly.

I have used queen of charms a few times now and each time I've had a friendly, efficient, professional service. The most recent order I placed was for specific charms which were sourced and supplied to me within 2 days of my first enquiry!! You won't get better service than that! The charms well packaged so arrived in perfect condition. Delivery was very quick and needed a signature on receipt. I was really pleased with the service I received. The product I wanted was out of stock but I was kept informed of when this would be available again along with attempts to improve upon the restock date.

My order was delivered quickly and well packaged. Had a nice little surprise inside of some chocolates which was a lovely touch. Would definately order from Queen of Charms again.
