I have purchased 3 cargo barriers from Travall over the years and recently purchased one for an AMG A-Class hatchback. Much to my dismay I found that the legs which are meant to be trapped in place when the seats are closed are way too thick to allow the seats to latch. After many emails and photo's the best they could do was to send me a link to a YouTube video showing how to install these guards. It's not rocket science. They either fit or they don't. The photo's clearly showed that no amount of slamming the seats was going to make an 8mm leg fit into a 3mm gap. I asked could they please make me some new 3-4mm legs and was just told bluntly NO. The website is absolute garbage and i was unable to even find any previous order to give them the required order number for a refund. I explained all this but in the end I was just told there is nothing they can do. NOT HAPPY. I will never buy from Travall ever again.

Package was sent, very good product but during transit the packaging was compromised and a couple of the fitting were missing, emailed twice and the wrong parts were sent out (twice), then no one responds to the emails after I requested the correct parts to be sent.

Excellent product. Arrived very promptly. Simple to install. Hasn't required any further adjustment since I installed it. Love the flexibility of still being able to carry long objects without removing the barrier. Highly recommended this product.

Awesome light weight cargo barrier for Discovery 4, only a few days to arrive in Aust from Uk. Easy to assemble ~15mns and install/remove ~5mins. Half height allows access from 2 row which is very convenient.

I wasn’t able to find a comparable dog guard for my VW TIGUAN in Australia that didn’t cost the world. The guard arrived in under a week from the UK, and was easy enough to install myself ( retired lady with one multi sized spanner)). The guard is very sturdy and strong. My correspondence by email with Travall prior to purchase was extremely helpful in making my decision to buy. I have no doubt in recommending this product.
