This is the second time that I have used their services and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. They presented me too many designs to select from and it was very tough to choose from them as they were all great.

They developed this amazing video at an affordable rate. They also handled the complete process very well with a nice voice over. Their work was more than what expected and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Oh my, are this con artists still online? Fly away guys, you'll get ripped off. They are even posting the same 5 star review twice in this page under different names. They have no shame.

It was a really nice experience working with video Jeeves and the video they designed for us was a high quality video. Their customer services department was also very cooperative and friendly. They were very responsive and designed the video just in accordance with all our requirements.

Our experience with Video Jeeves has been nothing but a time-consuming/time-wasting nightmare. The big picture: Video Jeeves NEVER got my business name correct in any of the drafts they sent me. I rarely spoke to the same person more than once; even though they insisted I WAS speaking to the same person, the voice and conversational mannerisms were glaringly different. There was an extreme language and culture barrier that resulted in one mistake-filled draft after another. When I requested a refund, all communications ceased, even though I was told that Ray #2 would speak to his manager and I’d get a call back. Do yourself a favor, take a day off work and learn how to build your own free website. It will be 100 times better than anything Video Jeeves could come up.

The video which they made for us was completely outstanding

I hired these guys for 5 short 2 minute videos. The job was to do a voiceover and then overlay some words on the remaining videos. The voiceover was very average and pronunciation was off, but it was useable. Took forever to do and it was very clear they did not give a crap about their work. The worst part was the word overlay videos. It looked as though it had been done using youtube movie maker. It was beyond terrible. After several emails they sent me some new copies only to be riddled with spelling mistakes- can't use any of them. They outsource to Pakistan or somewhere. Paid good money and can't use any of it. For gods sake stay away from them.

I hired Video Jeeves to design a really nice explainer video explained them all the details and the results were actually amazing. The video designed by them was really good even more than I could ever think of. I would ask my friends to work with them too.

Pretty decent video they created for my site not the best but a lot better compare to what other company was providing me for pretty much the same amount.
