The experience of buying from Saxon Sofas was great from start to finish. I actually visited the showroom and toured the production area where the sofas are made. The staff are knowledgeable, patient and give really good advice. The delivery service was excellent and the sofa is one of the best things I have ever bought because of it's quality and style.

We did a lot of research into various sofa companies and wanted to avoid cheap sofas made overseas which seem to get very poor customer reviews. Saxon sofas were very transparent and it was cleat that bend over backwards to support their customers. From the moment we entered their showroom to the delivery of the two sofas we had brilliant customer service from all parts of the company, from sales to manufacturing and their own delivery drivers. They were all so helpful. The sofas are beautiful and extremely well made and should last us a lifetime. They have transformed our lounge and we couldn't be happier. The quality is tremendous, the style and design is a modern twist on traditional and they are so comfortable. We would recommend them highly.

We purchased four pieces - two sofa, footstool and a chair- which was delivered just before Christmas 2024. The service from beginning to the end including the delivery team was sterling to say the least. Staff at the London showroom as well as at the factory and factory shop were all very professional. Excellent sales service staff, not too pushy and guided me through every step of the purchase right through to the last step of delivery. The delivery was on time and plenty of warning was given, the delivery men were pleasant and helpful. The Sofa and chair are perfect and of good quality. I’ve always wanted an authentic Chesterfield. We had a snug built and thanks to the expert help from the Saxon team, we chose the Stanhope range in Etna Cream distressed leather, perfect for teenagers and dogs. The delivery team were lovely guys and the customer service team and transport team kept us up to date when we had to move the delivery date. The sofa is beautifully made and just a stunning edition to the new room. It will be even better in years to come and although quite expensive, so worth it for the quality. The craftsmanship is outstanding and I am so pleased to finally have my dream sofa ! Thank you Saxon.

This is high quality classic. Superbly built....last a lifetime. It oozes class and solid durability. I am very pleased with support it offers, and there is nothing better than relaxing on a traditional chesterfield. No corners are cut in the build.......definately happy with it. Nice to have that ' MADE IN ENGLAND' label.

The chais longue we ordered was delivered from the mainland to Northern Ireland without a hitch. The colour of leather we ordered - dark teal - was amazing and the overall look was of a modern piece of furniture. The workmanship could not be faulted. The chais longue fitted perfectly into an area that a normal sofa would have looked well out of place.
