Initially I was reluctant to order from them, considering the bad reviews here. However, they have over 10,000 reviews on Ebay and 100% positive feedback. Just bought a 36c/72t HP workstation from them for a great price. Everything working as it should. What's more they offer a 30-day money back guarantee so I have a hard time understanding the negative reviews here.

As others have stated this company is difficult to deal with and are potential scammers and are also completely unprofessional. I ordered a PC from them on eBay (complete unit as listed), seller emailed stating the item had been dispatched for delivery and also marked the item as dispatched. After 6 days of no delivery I asked for a Tracking number which they could not provide, they then emailed stating that a component to build the PC (RAM) was out of stock which I found completely unbelievable. A further 2 days later they emailed stating that the member of staff that assembles the PC's had fallen ill and there was a further delay..... Order was cancelled and the appropriate feedback was left. I am now being harassed by this company in regards to the negative feedback left and I have had no choice but to report to eBay. Seriously just buy elsewhere!

Sends broken hardware then never responds. Avoid! The ebay rating is a scam too, as seller insists of doing a transaction outside of ebay due to package deal, the ebay rating is only for whitewashing.

Trash. Sends dead computer, then "tries" to book a support call, but ghoats you. Avoid at all cost.

Ordered a couple of second hand Xeon CPU's from their Ebay store... good price, quick delivery and they were in mint condition.

Strictly avoid this company!!! I bought server from them but they send me server with invalid motherboard, after they send me server they ignored any contact. I ask them to solve problem with server, because they offer guarantee for products on order - but they only scam you! They do not respect the agreed TOS! Stay away from this scammers!

The same problem as with other clients of this company, they sell defective items for which they give a guarantee, after you found that items are not correct, they stop answering to you. Strictly avoid this company!!!

I bought RAM from this company in error, on receipt of the RAM I realised that it was the incorrect product and requested further details from the Anisatech to return the product. After several weeks of silence I received the following: 'Anisatech has closed your return request. The reason for the closure of your request is: Buyer has not taken reasonable care' Seller comments: you should have checked the specifications, before placing this order. Honestly, in this day and age to refuse a returns request due a simple error when ordering is disgraceful. There are plenty of retailers for RAM out there, don't waste your time with this one.
