Suspension files were ok but means of connecting them was a disappointment. The bits of plastic were not what I expected after having talked to an assistant and asked about full width things which slid over the files.

I have had these ring binders before for my choir and didn’t hesitate to buy them again. They are excellent value, made of board, not plastic, well packaged, with rapid delivery service.

A4 TRIMMER Product good: neat design & seems well made. Very quick (free) delivery. More expensive than price indicated, as is advertised excluding VAT. Instructions minimal and not very clear: refer to a part not identified (no diagram or illustration). Welcome 3 year warranty, but not easy to register for it. Written instructions are in blue print on black background, and website asks questions I could not answer ("batch code") or irrelevant to private purchasers. Product itself probably deserves more than 3 stars.
