Placed an order last week. Accepted I had missed the cut off for next day delivery, but am still waiting for my order 4 working days later. As a business owner, I don't think this is acceptable. I've had to go out and buy stationary to tide us over while I wait for my order to arrive.

Good service however unexpected and ridiculous carriage charges - for this reason it would stop me ordering again.

The products I ordered (paper stationery and face shields) were of good quality. However the stationery was damaged because the delivery driver left the (soft cardboard) package outside in the rain. I had left the front porch door open so that the package could be left in the porch. All the driver had to do was slide open the already partly-open door. His thoughtlessness has damaged my confidence in placing further orders.
