Haven't used the items yet but quality looks good and service was good.

I didn't receive an invoice with my order, could not access it on the website under 'my account' and was told on phoning them it was on a link on my original order email. It wasn't. I no longer deal with companies who don't supply an invoice with the actual delivery.

Excellent value, and great customer service. The orders I place are always small, but, when one pack of tape was missing from my order, it was sent out immediately via next-day delivery which I was not expecting - the replacement was with me less then 24 hours after I emailed them.

Exactly as promised, except for being quicker, too

Allowed me to place an order for black ink HP 304 and only when I chased up 7 days later did they state that they had none in stock and would not until September. Poor communication and management of their website as how did they let me order and pay when they claim they never had in stock. Won’t be using Office Stationary again.
