This coupled Vince's clear knowledge and expertise made the process really straightforward but also gave us a high level of confidence in the findings within the survey. We were fortunate to instruct Propvisory to conduct a Homebuyer Survey on a property we intended to buy. I paid for the Level 3 Building Survey Report due to the age of the property I am purchasing. Having never purchased a property before, Vince reassured me the property is generally in good condition and only some minor maintenance is required. Vince undertook the survey within 3 days of first contact, other companies timescales were well over 3-4 weeks! Report was completed slightly outside of agreed timescale but no problem as Vince had already given me an extensive report via Telephone. Overall, a really good service and report, one that I'll recommend to others in the future.
