Right from my first email to them, it was nothing but helpfulness and willing to sort the problem. A refreshing change to a lot of companies out there. From my first email to a reply to a returns label being sent to my posting it back to receiving a new knife took less than a fortnight! Incredible by any standard. James at Diydoctor is incredibly conscientious and seems a very decent guy. I think he puts himself in the customers shoes and deals with them how he would like to be dealt with if he had a problem. All in all a great company to deal with. Especially when, and this is the important bit, you have a problem. Too many give 5* reviews just because an item simply turned up. The value of a company is how they deal with aftersales and Diydoctor have proven to stand by their ideals of customer service.
