Cash Factory has always been there for me. I’m only giving 4 stars because the interest rates are crazy high but the customer service is definitely worth 5 stars. I noticed they did an installment loan a week after I signed my papers. I called and asked if they could fix that because I really only wanted a pay day loan, and sure enough they were kind enough to switch the loan over for me. I’ll be sure to actually read my papers before signing next time I use them.
