Super fast service,great products at really low prices.would recommend and will shop again

Discovered this company online when searching for something to save my cactuses that I was struggling to keep alive! After jumping on the trend of houseplants in the home (mostly unsuccessfully) I decided it was time to see what I could do to revive my plants to at least make it feel like I hadn't wasted loads of money! I rang the phone line and spoke to a polite gentleman - who advised after I had followed up with an email of the pictures of said plants, that A - I needed to repot my plants so it had room to grow and B look at using some of the 'Growth Technology - Cactus & Succulent Focus' cactus food as it would help my plants and WOW what a transformation! I wish I could add pictures to my review to show how much of an improvement it has made! Thank you team at Highgrade I will definitely be back and appreciate all your helpful advice!

I made the order on 30/01/2022 and still I didn't reserve the items, and I don't have any update about it. I HAVE ASKED FOR RESEND OR REFUND BUT I DON'T GET ANY ANSWER DURING THE WEEK. Can you PLEASE send me refund!!! I don't need the items anymore, I was needed two weeks ago, ready have from different BETTER shop!!!

I have shopped at various hydroponic stores in the past, Within the hour i recieved comformation that my item had been packed and was ready for delivery for the next day, I was a little skeptacle however I recieved my order the next day (This morning). Very well packaged and not only that came with a few suprised extra goodies, Fab and quick service, will be using these guys again for sure. Highly recommended

Excellent service...the item I bought (an Omega reflector) was not, as it claimed, strong enough to supprt a 300 CFL bulb properly but I was given a full refund. Would use this company again.

My click and collect orders are allways ready to collect when I arrive at the store. And I'm allways met with a friendly and positive attitude by the staff. Placed my order for click and collect to save time in the store and couldn't have been happier with the service. Notification that the order was ready to collect on the same day I placed it and when I collected it the staff were very helpful with some questions I had and loading the order into the car. Will definitely be using click and collect method again.
