Recommendation from family I purchased the DNAfit on the back of a recommendation from a family member. Having really started to look into my diet, health, sport and nutrition I thought the DNAfit would help provide a valuable insight and some key guidance. After looking online and reviewing the different packages I decided to purchase the DNAfit body fit package. It arrived really quickly after purchasing, 2 days is all it took! Upon opening it gives you a reminder to register your swab, this is easily done and pretty straight forward to do. Use the barcode number off the swab and enter into the registration webpage. To do the actual kit its really straight forward and has a step by step process on the side of the packet. Swab your mouth in a particular area (shown in the packet) and place in the tube. Seal in the pocket and envelope provided and post. I received an email approx. 4/5 days later to let me know they had received my kit and my results would be available soon. I received the 2nd email about 12 days after letting me know my results were available to view. At a first glance there is lots of information to read through. I downloaded my reports and booked my wellness telephone chats. The telephone chats with the nutrition and sports specialists are brilliant, they go through the information in your reports step by step an explain everything. It really is informative. My experience from start to finish has been very good, smooth and the contact I have had with them has been brilliant. No waiting, stalling or complaints from me. The results are individual and have to be taken with caution, they are only a guide but definitely can help. Since receiving my results I have now gone on to make subtle changes to my diet and exercise routine. I think it has helped and will continue to help. It helped to highlight where I knew I had insufficiencies and areas I need to improve. Overall a good experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend getting a DNAfit kit, especially if you are looking to improve your sport and nutrition. :)

The information that they provide is excellent but customer service is poor. Results definitely take more than 30 min. If i had known it would take a week to get my results I wouldn't have minded but it took much longer than advertised.

Waited 20 days for the report, then I felt the report was very generic and the fitness report did not represent me at all which made me question how accurate the nutrition report is. The app is poor and keeps taking you out to see the exercise or nutrition web page which you constantly have to re log into. The meal planner is generic and not tailored to my report which is the main reason for purchase. I had my first consultation (fitness) which was Ok but more of a verbal telling me what to do than a consultation. I’m going to do the nutrition consultation to give the company a fair go. So far I’ll be looking for my money back,

I purchased DNA Fit after hearing about it from Dave Asprey on Bulletproof Radio. I had already done my DNA through another provider. It was very easy to upload my files to DNA Fit for their analysis. I have been impressed with the ease of use of DNA Fit as well as the free consultations that come along with it. The information provided is very insightful and I am excited to put it into practice to improve my health. Any time I have had a question, the customer service has also been excellent!
