I received a DNAfit kit for a Christmas present and it was really easy to do and results came back promptly. It's also been really easy to book in consultations about the insights, which have been really interesting and have given me good tips to take away and implement into my everyday life. You also get personalised recipes with macros. I'm yet to do the fitness/exercise side of the consultation so not sure if you get anything extra with this.

Information was interesting - overall pleased with the service.

I was very excited to go on the DNAFit journey. They say they pride themselves in a response within 10 days. I then get an email saying it will be delayed. So I wrote to the info email address to ask how long the delay would be and I got a response saying they are so busy my response to my question would be delayed. Very poor customer service I’m afraid. I’ll be happy to re-review if and when I finally get any response or my results back.

Consultation with Roxanne was good and helpful however I guess I already know too much about the topic that no real need for changes resulted out of it. Couple of useful suggestions. Very friendly and pleasant to speak to.

We loved our DNA experience! The process was so easy and we had a 30 minute phone call that explains and advises us on what we can change or enhance in our diet. We can also do a follow up call for extra help. Thanks DNAfit!

Producing the results that took a little longer than expected, however I was kept informed at all times. The results were very illuminating and the subsequent consultations were excellent . Overall a very positive experience, well worth doing.

Understand your options before spending the amount that services such as this one provides. I had experienced a massive delay, parts of their warning seemed to suggest that it was normal. If you are comfortable waiting however long they want to make you wait, this may just be the service for you. Keep in mind that every service you use will give you different information. 4/5 for service, 2/5 for customer care. Reply to reply: I reached out to the contact emails provided by the confirmation emails. I have also received an apology/informing email to the nature of the delay. I don't want things rushed, nor botched. I'll wait, I just don't want to have to.

Great info for the price--and having a consult with a sports scientist is included and very insightful. I got answers to things that I have needed for a while and this is just a good starting point. The customer support was on it as well--great overall experience.

Have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for this test now since they said they'd received my sample, and no indication from their customer service team as to when it will arrive. They promise a turnaround of the results in 10 business days, so I'm very disappointed, and when asked about compensation, all they've offered is a £10 Amazon voucher. Many other products on the market like this so very disappointed I chose DNAfit. Just hoping the results make it all worth it!!

So impressed with this test! The output is very easy to read, but they provide a lot of technical details that support the results. I love the app to be able to reference my results and the consultations with the nutritionist and fitness coach were super helpful and customized to exactly what i needed. i have told everyone about this test and would recommend to anyone
