Denmark | 11 January 2021Ordered 8 glitter/folie rolls wallpaper. The 22/11-2020 Recived a very bad item. That I need to take down again because of the bad quality of the paper. And the miscolouring of the glitter folie. The folie doesn't go all the way to the ends. So every piece connects with two clear lines of white. And because the paper is wet when applyed it bends up at the ends when I tryed to line it up. So it kind of rolls up. 3 of the rolls had damage, In form of piled of folie spots, so did not have enough item. It was promised to be washerble, but is not. When removing glue on the front, the folie change colour and change reflection. And is left darker. And not glitter like anymore. Pieces connect badly. It is very thin and difficult to work with. I mailed pic and describtion to companiy over 3 weeks ago, no answer. After 3 mails and no answer I made my trustpilot, and the finally answered. I can prove the 3 mails and the tell me 7 times that the didn't no recive any thing They will not refund or give compensation. This paper will cost me the payment for the item, the cost to remove it and the cost for new paper from an other place. It will cost me so much and it looks so bad. Would not recommen seller or item. Only Ok thing was the delivery time to denmark 13 days.

United Kingdom | 11 January 2021Bed linen nice. But the quilt cover had two tears in it. Photos taken and emailed same day. With 3 follow ups. I understand with Christmas break and Covid .... but still no resolution. Please hurry this along and provide a replacement. I work in retail (cycle industry) it pays to resolve issues swiftly.

When the order was delivered it was a different design from what I ordered, the size was wrong , I ordered single , I got a double duvet. It was for my daughter's Christmas present. She was upset it spoiled her Christmas. Tried to contact your customer service trying to resolve the issue. At first I got an email to say that's what I ordered. Then few days later I got another email asking me to forward the order number and pictures of what I received. I did that nothing was resolved until now. They keep asking for this and that . I have provided all evidence they have asked for but still nothing has been resolved. I am a very disappointed customer. I will never buy anything from this company. And I wouldn't recommend anyone . All I can say I had a bad experience .
