Wrong items sent to me - have been told to return them before they will send out correct items. Ordered 2 fleece blankets and they sent 2 towels! So have to put myself at risk by having to go and queue a long time at post office to return them! Not sympathetic about my concerns at all as I am nervous about going out! Won't be shopping with them again!

extremely poor service, received late, damaged, man did not care and just wrote damaged on to it and walked off. mattress folded in half and damaged as double sprung! and wrong colour of item requested..i have asked for them to take it back repeatedly and have sent 21 photographs of the faults..totally not happy with them and WILL not use them again regards recommend them.. diabolical!! want money back will be contacting trading standards

Ordered online, received the goods very quickly with the parcel very well packaged. My granddaughter is highly delighted with her present! Sometimes personalisaton can be a bit 'iffy', not in this case. The goods were exactly as described.
