Pillow cover sizes too big and the duvet cover too big. By stupid amounts. All other stuff fine and quality of the bedding was good just massive. Not normal pillow or duvet cover sizes. Will order again but not bedding.

Wanted to return item purchased as postage took so long. Hadn’t even taken item out of the box. Was advised they do no offer any free returns it’s at buyers costs, not impressed as it was a large heavy item and would have cost me a small fortune to return. Won’t be using again!

The duvet covers that I bought were like crispy cardboard. I had to wash them before I could let my girls sleep in them

Purchased Scandi Bear junior bedding set (with sheets) and matching curtains. Brilliant service, quick delivery and really lovely good quality products. Cotton is not very soft when new but I'm sure this will change after a few washes. Also very easy to iron which is great! Just wish there were more size options for sheets. Currently only single or junior (140x70) available. We have 160x70 junior bed so had to buy single sheet which I will need to resize. Also wish there were cot size sheets (120×60) available as well as blackout curtains.

Brilliant from start to finish

This was bought for my 18 month old grandson who is into cars at the moment and he really loves this garage. He was also very happy with the vehicles and helicopter that were included. It looks sturdy and well made and will hopefully give him many hours of fun.

I had a question about my order and it was dealt with straight away .

Had one small problem in that I did not get an email proof of order. I emailed the customer support and had a response in less than 24 hours saying that I would receive an order response when the order was processed, which I did. Parcel arrived on time with no problems. Exactly how it should be.

Fast delivery service, I ordered two duvet sets. A king size, which is vibrant in colour and after a wash is a lot softer than it was first out of the pack.

Purchased duvet and duvet cover set, duvet very very thin and bad material, duvet cover smels gasoline ,it made me very dizzy. Don't know what they put in them but that's not acceptable
