The product range was good, and the products are of the high standard I expect of these brands. My issue is with the delivery time. I paid for 'Fast Express Post', and while the post part may have been fast, the packing time was unacceptable. The site says "Orders will leave our warehouse within 1-4 business days" and I was perhaps too hopeful to think that my very basic order would only take a day to pack. It took almost 4 days to get (I live in metro Sydney). If you don't care about timing and don't need anything urgently it's fine, but I won't be buying from here again due to the delayed packing/delivery.
