Great service, but the courier chosen took almost 5 days (from Brisbane to Adelaide) not the vet sheds fault but pretty inconvenient none-the-less. my advice, you want it in good time? pick express shipping.

Still have not received my parcel even though the tracker said it was delivered. Parcel received, Aust Post gave my parcel to another address, the resident signed but did not read the label until Saturday, she then hand delivered. Not The Vet Shed fault but an Australia Post stuff up.

Excellent delivery time as I live in a rural area. Often I have to waite a week or more. But with Vetshed, it usually only takes 3 or 4 days for a delivery.

As a first time customer and having not used the product yet there is not a lot I can say except that ordering, communication and delivery were excellent and thank you. I will be a repeat customer if need be.
