My driver Amir was delayed for the pickup, however he kept me fully informed of the situation and gave regular updates. He was very courteous and polite and I would be happy to use the service again

Cannot fault it, arrived at the time booked and smooth journey home. Just what is needed after a long day travelling when you are exhausted. Booking was easy and price was reasonable.

Big thank you to Saeed Umar for getting us home safe. We booked at least a month in advance and I was a little worried incase we were left stranded. Not with STS cars. Saeed told us he was just about to go to sleep when he got a call asking to collect us, it sounds like the original driver cancelled last minute. That was no problem for Saeed or STS cars to allocate us a new driver. The weather was awful, very heavy rain and thick fog with zero visibility, he drove extremely carefully in the dangerous conditions and got us home safe and sound. Very friendly and safe driver, would 100% recommend.

Ik boekte STS CARS MANCHESTER voor het transport van mezelf en mijn danscrew (27 personen) van luchthaven Manchester naar Blackpool voor het wereldkampioenschap dans. Zeer schappelijke prijs (50 pp heen en terug). De bussen waren beide zeer proper en zeer groot dus comfortabel. Alsook waren de chauffeurs heel vriendelijk. Iemand van mijn dansers was ziek en de buschauffeur vroeg tijdens de rit geregeld of hij eens moest stoppen. Zeer vlotte rit. STS CARS MANCHESTER is ZEKER een aanrader.

My driver Amir was an amazing person! I usually don’t write reviews about people or places unless they are truly phenomenal. I was a little nervous to come to England this time because it was the first time my partner couldn’t pick me up from the airport, after a long 11hr day of airports and traveling- my kids and I were extremely tired! When we arrived in Manchester, Amir was very helpful making sure he did all the work with taking bags and placing them in the car for us. He was very kind with my kids and myself. I’m a very talkative person, even after a 7.5 hour flight. I truly enjoyed the fact that Amir was talkative too and made me feel comfortable on the way to our destination. We talked the whole 1hr to my destination. I was very happy with the taxi service. Comfortable, professional and punctual!

Our driver Amir was very friendly and professional in what he does. We booked him the other day to drive us from Manchester airport to home. The airline we used had multiple delays but despite this he kept us informed about the delays and was there waiting at the airport to finally get us home. We had an excellent experience with STS. Our driver for the day was Umair - he was timely, courteous, patient and drove with due care. The vehicle was exactly what we needed - 6 luxury seats for multiple transits all day as required between the wedding venue and our hotels. Umair even went the extra mile (!) to help rescue the forgotten wedding cake!

Not only excellent service (turned up on time, quick and comfortable transfer) with very clear communication all along the way (confirmation of booking, name of driver and number plate of car, confirmation they are waiting, how to find them, etc) but a competitive price for the trip too.
