i ordered some food for chrismans because the webside said that they would deliver whith in 3 30 pm but itv wasnot true they destroid my chrismans horrible experience never ever they should be more accurate about delivery time

*They delivered FOUR bags of biscuits - all biscuits were smashed inside.* When I asked for a refund (after providing photos of the smashed biscuits), they said they’d only refund me for 1 bag - I quote: “…As per our conditions, full refunds are only issued when the goods are returned within 3 days of receipt…”. Nonsense. Would they expect me to open all four bags on day 1 of delivery to check their contents??!! What a difference from Amazon! They DO have a great customer service. And the same applies to their competitors ‘myDelibox! who have always been outstanding. I’ll let them know. *PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.* Service much below standards. Very poor customer service.
