Cannot fault their service at all. Arrived with the RAC after a breakdown on M6 and the service I received, from start to finish, was excellent. On arrival I was briefed at to what they intended to do and how they were going to tackle the problem (over a VERY nice cup of coffee), they then proceeded to tackle the problem updating me frequently. When the problem was addressed the costs were very reasonable and I would quite happily have paid much more. A thoroughly professional operation throughout and I would have no problem in recommending them to anyone. THANK YOU!!

Went to Auto mechanix with a suspected DPF fault. As I left the garage my vehicle was already on lift. Within a couple of hours they rang me to say that it was ready. They had diagnosed a failed sensor, sourced and replaced it and then tested the car. The quick turnaround was very much appreciated as we were on holiday in the area. First class customer care and follow up.

I had my MOT done here, they said I had a bulb out but when they went to change it they realised it was a poor connection. Fixed that and I dint have to pay for the bulb. Will now go here all the time

Had to be towed away by the RAC when my back break pad flew off. The garage was very clean, they managed to change both back break disks and pads in an hour and I was back on the road. Lovely coffee whilst I waited and managed to watch Magnum PI too!! Would recommend to anyone.

As a woman, it's not you're usual testosterone fuelled garage environment, so you feel more comfortable. If anything has needed doing to our car, it's always done at a fair price and very quickly. As a new customer I wondered if the friendly service I received at Automechanix might just be another empty customer relations strategy. To my delight their service was genuinely helpful and I was impressed by their willingness to put a curtesy car at my convenience when the work on my car took longer than expected.

I have had an air conditioning problem ever since i bought the car,it has never worked from day one i have been to numerous gararges to try and get the problem fixed,re gassed several times,and new filters nothing ever worked,i received your leaflet through the door and decided to have another try ,you were both friendly and courteous and whats more you fixed the aid con problem and i thought very reasonably priced when i think what price i have paid out just for a re-gas thanks again cool driving at last Mr G Carter
