I wanted the latest Garmin cycling computer. Fitness New Zealand seemed to be the only place I could find selling at below standard market price (about 10% below), and then was delivered in effectively 1 working day (ordered Saturday afternoon, delivered Tuesday morning), with about 6 email updates in that time as the delivery progressed through each stage - which I have never seen anyone else provide.

I had used this product before, and was pleased "the formula hadn't changed". Good quality material, strong elastic, works great for supporting my planta facia.

Very fast response to my search and they had the correct product which was shipped immediately and received two days later.

Very impressed. I bought a Garmin Vivofit 4. Ordered it and I think it was dispatched within hours. Arrived the next day. So happy! Then I had trouble syncing the Garmin to the App on my phone. I reviewed the product (rather badly) and someone from Fitness NZ emailed me links and help, with a contact number. Boom. All sorted. Thank you so much! They obviously read the product feedback, and act on it. Great service. I'd use again, and I'd recommend to others. And at this point, I'd recommend the Garmin watch too, now that it's up and working.

Fast service, no hassles.

Have bought two bike computer units separately and the units are good and were delivered promptly but my request on both orders to have the courier leave them in a specified safe place were ignored both times opening up the vendor to the risk of them being stolen. We currently are having a spate of thefts in the area so the vendor dodged a bullet twice on this one and I would have appreciated the courtesy of having my request followed.
