I received an email for cyber Monday day and I went online and as I was looking at what to order a “spin me” thing popped up. I entered my email and then hit submit button. Nothing happened so I proceeded with my order. After completion of my order it popped up again so I tried it and it came up with I would win some product if I placed an order over $25. My order I did just minutes prior was short by less than $2. I called and was told there was nothing they can do except to do another order and then when my original order came in I could then return it. With the holidays life is extremely busy and to take more time to return something is not something I look forward in doing. When I called I was hoping to cancel my order and redo one so that I could get the gift you all so generously offered. But to no avail that was not an option. It has caused me to rethink in doing business with you all going forward. This is the second time I have ordered from you all and I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the lack of options. Also to state that it wasn’t my error to begin with when the gift option didn’t work in the beginning (which all of this wouldn’t have happened!).

One star for the customer service. I called and cancelled my order because it would not be delivered in time that I needed it. The lady that I talked to told me that she would cancel it for me. But the order was sent to me anyway. I already left for my trip. I ended up with the order that I don't need.

Absolutely amazing product! Everyone should have at least one bottle in their home!

The scent is so lovely and lasts even after I've made my deposit! There is also a cute little rhyme on the bottle that makes me laugh every time I read it!
