Excellent customer service. I had a postal delivery problem. Not their fault but post service delivered to the wrong house. When I enquired they were willing to re ship a new order to me. Very kindly. Finally after finding my package at my neighbors house I let them know right away not to send a new package. But... upon opening my order there was one item missing. Sooo again I was back emailing them about the missing item in my order with no explanation. They kindly refunded my money for the missing item right away. So even though it was quite a long wait and the mix up on delivery not poo pourri control. They handled the problem very quickly and efficiently.

Good quality. Easy to purchase, delivered on time, no hassle... this rating goes down to 2 stars if you email me again about a sweater during the year rather than 1 email in November. You've been warned Poo.

Absolutely the best at destroying the odors that follow while destroying your own toilet! Definitely use this product, you wont regret it if you do! You might however if you dont use it and odors waft out of the restroom while unexpected company arrives and you've just gone.

Ordered November 21st and was told shipping was 5-7 business days. It’s now December 14th and I still have not received.

My order from 3 weeks ago still has not shipped so I'm really not expecting much from the product if this is how the business is run

Product never arrived...

I never received my order, but it was the free one that the company offered for forgetting about the UP in Michigan, so at least I'm not out any money? I'm bummed though, since I was excited to try it to see if I wanted to get more.

Placed an order on Nov 21 and it has yet to ship on Dec 13.
